The Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century is currently going through a temporary financial challenge. In recent months, our musicians, board, directors and staff have worked closely together on a plan to put the orchestra on a healthy and sustainable footing for the future. This means we have had to make some changes to our 2026-2027 season. We will announce the details per project, and we will contact the partners and venues concerned directly.

We are grateful to our artistic partners, venues, soloists, conductors and funders for their understanding and flexibility, and to our audience for their loyalty. Your support makes a real difference right now, and we do not take it for granted.

The orchestra continues to perform at the highest artistic level, with the same passion that has defined it for more than forty years. We look forward to welcoming you at our concerts this season, and we will keep you informed as our plans develop.
