O18c joins Intrada

We are extremely proud to be affiliated with Intrada since this year! Intrada is a one-year European musician development program run by four partner ensembles: Concerto Copenhagen, Dunedin Consort, B'Rock Orchestra and the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century.

A handful of talented young musicians from Europe are selected through open auditions and invited to participate in the program. If they are chosen to participate, they are given the opportunity to play at least one project of one of the program's partner ensembles for 1 year. They will receive one-on-one lessons or coaching session(s) from a leader, musical director or instrumentalist, and they may take advantage of any other disciplines present in the organization. These may include things other than music such as administration, marketin or fundraising for individuals or advice on resumes and biographies or auditions.

During their participation, they receive a professional fee for all rehearsals and performance in accordance with the guidelines of the respective ensemble. Accommodation and travel expenses covered for all events.

Auditions for Intrada 2024-2025 have just concluded and O18c is looking forward to working with the young musicians and partner ensembles.
