Bernat Gili, a Spanish bassoonist born in Barcelona, discovered his passion for music at a young age under the guidance of Josep Borràs, who later introduced him to the world of historical performance practice. He delved into the dulcian and Baroque bassoon and honed his skills at ESMUC in Barcelona. His pursuit of musical excellence led him to the Netherlands in 2017 to study with the renowned Donna Agrell. Over the years, Bernat has gained expertise with various prestigious period orchestras, including the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century, the Freiburger Barockorchester, Collegium 1704 and the Amsterdam Barock Orchestra.
